Since August 2010, he has been the director of the music publishing house Musical Ukraine. He conducts concerts – presentations of the publishing house in Ukraine and abroad.

BOHDAN KRYVOPUST (born 1975) studied at the P. Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine from 1993 to 2000, graduating in the specialties of composition (in the class of Lev Kolodub, 1998) and piano (in the class of Tatiana Roshchina, 2000). He completed his internship in the composition department in 2004 under Hennadiy Lyashenko. He was a scholarship recipient of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage’s “Gaude Polonia” program (2003) under Aleksander Lasoń.

During his studies, he was the winner of international composition and piano competitions, including the first prize at the M. Lysenko International Competition in 1992 as a composer. He is the winner of the L. Revutsky Prize (2005), the B. Latoshinsky Prize (2006), and the M. Lysenko Prize (2019). Since 2000 he has been a member of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine. He creates symphonic, choral and chamber music. He has also composed for cinema and theater. As a pianist, he performs solo and in chamber ensembles. Bohdan Kryvopust’s compositions are performed in Ukraine and abroad, including regularly at international festivals: “Kyiv Music Fest” and “Musical Premieres of the Season” performed by top Ukrainian ensembles. In 2009-2011, he was the director of the international festival “Forum of Young Music.” Since August 2010, he has been the director of the music publishing house “Musical Ukraine”. He conducts concerts – presentations of the publishing house in Ukraine and abroad.
