MONIUSZKO – UKRAINE

CONCERTS

On 15 September in Khmelnytsky and 17 September 2019 in Zhytomyr, concerts dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Stanislav Moniuszko's birth were held. They were attended by soloists of operas in Kyiv and Lviv, as well as the Choir and Symphony Orchestra of the Khmelnytsky Philharmonic conducted by Roman Rewakowicz.

This project was realised as part of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute's grant programme "Cultural Bridges" with funds from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage within the framework of the 2017-2022 INDEPENDENCE Multiannual Programme and with the financial support of the Polish Institute in Kyiv and BALTON.
